At Ritmay Cuddles, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 business days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and unwashed.
• Original tags and packaging are intact.
• The product is in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used or washed products
• Items without original tags
• Customized or personalized products
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange

Eligible products may be exchanged for another size or available product, subject to stock availability.
